I.E. 8 users should run this site in ""Compatibility View " , thats the button between Go (address bar) & refresh 
The setting should be able to be saved under "Tools"

MM noticed a couple of weeks back that the full forums didn't show for a while ,
Dunno if she uses IE8 but that's one of the problems
i.e. it loads in sections ,
plus one that I get myself is that the edit , quote buttons are aligned wrongly ,
the compatability button will correct both instances
